Return & Exchange Policy
At Empowerment Thread, each product is made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse. However, we are committed to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
Defective or Damaged Products:

• Provide a clear photo of the issue.
• We will offer a free reprint or a refund for confirmed defects or errors.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
